1. Colours

While we strive to accurately display the colors of our products on our website, factors beyond our control, such as computer or mobile screen settings, may cause variations. We recommend ordering a sample if you are unsure about the color, weight, or pattern of any product.

We will make a valiant effort to precisely portray our items, but if you are unsure of the lace color, weight, or pattern of any of our products, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before making a purchase.

2. Defective, damaged, wrong supply of products

Please inspect your ordered products and verify the quantity against the invoice before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. If you find any discrepancies or damages, please make a note on the receipt and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products at info@wovenlace.com or via WhatsApp at +919023535297, +919274882829, +918401569506. Your email should include detailed information, along with unboxing videos and relevant images of the defects or complaints.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

– An incorrect product has been delivered.
– The product has a genuine manufacturing defect, color mismatch, or fabric mismatch.
– Products must be returned in their original packaging with original labels and invoices.

Once we confirm the damage, we will either replace the item at no charge or issue a refund, including the product cost and shipping fee, if applicable. Alternatively, we may offer you a Gift Voucher or Discount Coupon for your next purchase.

3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

  1. Please see the product description for customized products.
  2. Please note that products purchased in any sale/promotion are not eligible.
  3. Please see the product description for made-to-order products.
  4. Products identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase are not eligible.
  5. Return or Exchange because of disliking the products won’t be accepted back or exchanged.
  6. We do not accept any returns after receiving the shipment for 2 days.
  7. Any return or exchange of used products is not eligible.
  8. We will not refund shipping costs and transaction charges (if any).

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once our warehouse receives the item, we conduct a Product Inspection, which typically takes about 2 days. We usually initiate refunds within 2 days after the product inspection.

Our customer support team will send you an email or update on WhatsApp contact no. to notify you once they have received and inspected your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed only after approval, and our system will automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

The company will process and complete the refund within 7 working days from the date of accepting the return/refund.

5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund hasn’t been received yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before they officially post your refund. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before they post a refund. 6. Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items; we can only refund regular priced items.

7. Exchange (if applicable)

While ensuring the quality, we entertain product exchanges in case of dissatisfaction. Customers can exchange the product within 48 hours from the date of receipt, and in this case, they will bear the return shipping charges.

Please refer NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS before initiating for exchange.

8. Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

You, as the customer, will bear the return shipping costs and a 2.5% gateway charge.

If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping and the 2.5% gateway charge from it.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

9. Cancellation

If the customer wishes to cancel the order, please send an email to info@wovenlace.com or connect with us on WhatsApp at +91 9023535297, +91 9274882829, +91 8401569506 within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been processed for shipping.
